Results days are as follows:
A level/Level 3 results - Thursday 14th August
GCSE/Level 2 results - Thursday 21st August

Exam certificates
Exam certificates will be ready for collection from the first week of December. Students will be able to collect them from Northgate High School reception between 9am and 4pm. Please note that the school will be closed from Monday 22 December 2025 to Monday 5 January 2026.
If students are unable to collect their certificates in person, they can authorise a delegate. The student will need to provide them with written, dated and signed authorisation that they can produce at reception. They will also need photo identification.
Alternatively, students can send stamps to the value of £4.70 to the school and we will post them to the registered home address by signed for delivery. Please send stamps to: Northgate High School, CERTIFICATE POSTAGE, Sidegate Lane, Ipswich, IP4 3DL.
Exam certificates which have not been collected by the end of June 2026 will be shredded in accordance with JCQ guidelines. After this date, students will need to contact each awarding body for a ‘Certified Statement of Results’ at a charge of approximately £60 per statement.
