If you have received an unexpected grade in an exam, there are a range of post-results services offered by awarding organisations, such as clerical re-checks or reviews of marking.

JCQ have produced a useful flowchart to support students in making decisions about whether to access post-results services, which can be found here.

If you would like to request a post-results service, please complete the Microsoft Form below, which contains details of the relevant fees and how to make payments. Please note that the form needs to be completed by the candidate as their signature is needed to authorise a request.
