"I joined Northgate in 2017, following a history of working in banking and retail. I was excited about the move to the education sector and felt I could use the experiences within my previous roles to excel in my role at Northgate. My role at Northgate includes working with the Site team coordinating internal and external bookings and assisting both the Deputy Head Teachers. For the past couple of years I have also been working with the Sixth Form Team, assisting with admissions and recruitment events. As I already worked alongside the site team and the Deputy Head Teacher in charge of Sixth Form recruitment, I felt this was a perfect opportunity to take on a new challenge. I thoroughly enjoy working with the team bouncing off each other coming up with new and different ideas to help prospective students get a taste of life at Northgate Sixth Form. The community feel, not only with the students, but staff also makes Northgate a wonderful place to work.
