Food From my Table
To celebrate the breadth of food diversity in our Northgate community Mrs Grant in the Food, Preparation and Nutrition department welcomed students from Years 7-9 to share their own recipes, cultural traditions related to food, memories, and stories. Students cooked a wide range of dishes from across the world, which they eat at home. As a result of their hard work a fantastic recipe book has been created called "Food From my Table".
Thank you to the students and families that worked with Mrs Grant to produce the recipe book, it is available to view on the school website, we hope you enjoy cooking dishes such as oat cakes, bigos and parathas.
